Spectra has developed the Spectra Facility Management app as a commercial application. This SERVICE is provided by Spectra and is intended for use as is.
If you choose to use our Service, it is understood that you agree to the collection and use of information concerning this policy. The personal information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service of facility management. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

We collect information to provide better services to all its users; while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information. The information that we request will be retained by us and used as described in this privacy policy.
Personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, date of birth, mobile number, and photograph.
The information our servers automatically collect when you access iApp’s web/mobile application, and when you interact with the application’s services, and other users via server log files.
Computer System / Mobile Device Data
Information such as your computer / mobile device ID number, model, manufacturer, version of your operating system, phone number, country, location, and any other data you choose to provide.
Push Notifications
We may request to send you push notifications regarding your account or the application.
Cookies
Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites/apps that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory. iApp does not use these “cookies” explicitly.
We may collect this information at several different times. These include,

Any information that iApp collects from you may be used in one or more of the following ways:

Please note that users’ information will be visible to iApp Administrators, and selective information to other users based on their role.

In such cases, your personal and non-personal information may be shared with these third parties.
We may share portions of our log file data, including IP addresses, for analytics purposes with third parties such as web analytics partners. If your IP address is shared, it may be used to estimate a general location and other technographics such as connection speed, whether you have used the app in a shared location, and the type of device used to operate the app.

However, no application, Internet, or email transmission is ever fully secure or error-free, and any information disclosed online is vulnerable to interception and misuse by unauthorized parties. Therefore, we do not guarantee the complete security of any personal information.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.

Spectra's responsibility for your use of the app, when you're using the app, it's important to bear in mind that although we endeavour to ensure that it is updated and correct at all times, we do rely on third parties to provide information to us so that we can make it available to you. Spectra accept no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of relying wholly on this functionality of the app.
At some point, we may wish to update the app. The app is currently available on Android and iOS – the requirements for both systems (and for any additional systems we decide to extend the availability of the app to) may change, and you'll need to download the updates if you want to keep using the app. Spectra does not promise that it will always update the app so that it is relevant to you and/or works with the iOS/Android version that you have installed on your device. However, you promise to always accept updates to the application when offered to you. We may also wish to stop providing the app and may terminate your use of it at any time without giving notice of termination to you. Unless we tell you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must stop using the app, and (if needed) delete it from your device.
